1. Nature of Service
We provide manual cryptocurrency-to-fiat currency exchange services. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies and the fact that all transactions are initiated with customer consent and verified manually, all completed transactions are final and non-refundable.
2. Refunds Are Not Guaranteed
Once a transaction has been confirmed and the funds (crypto or fiat) have been sent to the agreed address or bank account, it cannot be reversed or refunded. This includes situations where:
• The user provided an incorrect wallet address or bank details;
• The user changed their mind after confirmation;
• The value of the cryptocurrency changed after submission;
3. Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)
In rare and exceptional cases, we may consider a partial or full refund if:
• The transaction has not yet been processed and no expenses were incurred; or
• The transaction was delayed beyond 5 business days without proper justification and we still hold the crypto/funds.
Such exceptions are reviewed manually. If approved, refunds may be processed.
4. Fraudulent Activity
If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and withhold any refund until proper investigation is complete.
